Wilko Bird Food for Mono-Poly Printers

For more than two years now, Polyprint has been printing various bird seed food packaging for Lincolnshire-based Mono–Poly.

The challenge is to combine print quality which will enhance the product’s point-of-sale appeal with a robustness of packaging – no-one wants a bag of bird food splitting and spilling its contents.  Polyprint produces the packaging on heavy-duty 70 micron film, printed in seven or eight colours.

This is day-in day-out regular work: Well in excess of 3 million bags leave Polyprint’s factory every year.  Reliability of delivery and consistency of quality are the key factors here, and the fact that Polyprint has been doing the job for more than two years speaks volumes.
